PSC Conducts Fun Science Show at Pakistan Museum of Natural History on World Science Day

Islamabad, 10 November 2025 — Pakistan Science Club (PSC) delivered an exciting and highly engaging Fun Science Show at the Pakistan Museum of Natural History (PMNH). The event was organized on the occasion of World Science Day for Peace and Development, celebrated globally on 10 November. The program was jointly hosted by Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF), UNESCO, and the ECO Science Foundation, who invited PSC to conduct the special science demonstration session.

The show was led by Abdul Rauf, Founder and CEO of Pakistan Science Club, who is widely known for his mission to promote hands-on science learning across Pakistan. Under his guidance, PSC presented 15+ live science demonstrations, showcasing concepts from physics, chemistry, and engineering in a fun and accessible way.

The interactive demonstrations included energy and motion experiments, chemical reactions, air pressure stunts, robotics, and everyday science activities—designed to make complex ideas simple, exciting, and understandable for young minds.

More than 200 students from various schools participated in the event. The audience was highly enthusiastic and engaged, asking questions, volunteering on stage, and experiencing science through real-time experiments rather than textbooks. Teachers and organizers appreciated PSC’s contribution toward promoting scientific curiosity and strengthening STEM education in Pakistan.

Speaking at the event, Abdul Rauf emphasized the importance of experiential learning:
“Science becomes meaningful when children can touch, experiment, and explore. Our goal is to ignite curiosity and empower young minds to think like scientists.”

The World Science Day celebration at PMNH highlighted the collaborative efforts of national and international organizations—PSF, UNESCO, ECO Science Foundation, and PSC—in inspiring the next generation of scientists, innovators, and critical thinkers.
