Pakistan ScienceClub
🌟 Our Story

From a Classroom to a National Movement

The Pakistan Science Club (PSC) was born from a simple yet powerful realization:
science is not a subject to be memorized — it is a world to be discovered.

2002 → 2005 → 2008 → 2025

The Spark 2002

Our journey began in a classroom in Karachi.

Founder Abdul Rauf witnessed a growing challenge in STEM education — science was being reduced to rote memorization. The curiosity that should inspire young minds was being replaced by fear and academic pressure.

Determined to restore the joy of discovery, he introduced a hands-on approach to teaching. By replacing passive learning with experiments, demonstrations, and real-world applications, the classroom transformed.

“Students didn’t just learn science — they began to experience it.”

The First Milestone 2005

In 2005, this approach evolved into the first after-school Science Club at Sarfaraz Pilot Higher Secondary School.

Offered completely free of cost, the club became a space for exploration and innovation. Students worked together on ambitious projects, including:

🤖 Humanoid Robotics
🛸 Hovercrafts
💨 Wind Turbines
☀️ Solar Cookers

These experiences turned science into something tangible, creative, and exciting.

The Independence & Digital Leap 2008–2009

Following a brief pause for academic pursuits, the mission was relaunched in 2008 as an independent initiative.

Founder Abdul Rauf, together with his student Mohammad Ammar, took the next step by bringing science to a wider audience through digital platforms, including YouTube.

This marked the formal beginning of Pakistan Science Club as a growing platform for hands-on learning.

Scaling the Movement

What started as a one-person mission gradually evolved into a nationwide movement.

Today, PSC is supported by a passionate network of educators, volunteers, and innovators, working together to expand access to practical science education through:
