you saying negative terminal connect in collector this is wrong.so my opinion negative terminal connect emitter.

Sir mene D313 ki Transistors k sath 50 watt ka ups banaya he par 1 K Resistor kaam nhi kar rhi phir mene dono points ko spark kia to 1 second ke liye bulb jala phir band ho gaya to mein ne 470 ohm ki lagai kuch nhi hoa phir 700 se 800 ohm, 420, 330, 100 aur 44 ohm ki baari baari lagain 44 ohm ki jal gai mere paas bahut se resistor pare hain kuch chek kiye magar nahi ho rha

5 5 additional terns hmary is inverter k ley zaruri hain . dusary inverter jo aa rahy hain um main is ki zarurat nahi hoti but yeh humara apna idea hy aur main samjata hun k is ko banana bhohott asaan hy 5, 5 terns ka kaam puls generate karna hota hy jo k base ko milti hain , aap yeh kaam timer IC ya kisi dusary IC se b ly sakty hain..
