This project emphasizes to describe the various properties of light, optical illusion, refraction, and image formation. It is an interesting activity for the demonstration of various phenomena of light such as interference, diffraction, parallax, and 3D image formation in the air. Students will learn about all these properties by constructing a simple holograph from the household items.

Learning outcomes according to the national curriculum of general science

Fundamental concepts about various phenomenons of light and their properties.
Different types of images, their properties and formation.
Various application and uses of light, its phenomenon and properties in everyday life

Required material:
1. Transparent plastic sheet
2. Tape
3. Ruler & Pencil
