it is sort of hard. are there different types of motors. some are hard to spin using a string because the string slides.
simple take a motor,connect it to a light bulb and rotate the end of the motor and vala!!,,free electricity....im working on a similar project but instead connecting a battery to store the energy...and yeah it is on a big scale too!!
